WILS 2010 pin-up Calendar

This project was put together by WI Lite Stratford upon Avon, in the continuing tradition of charity fundraising within the Women's Institute.

We celebrated not only the beauty (and bravery!) of our members, but also the bygone eras, throughout which the WI has played a unique and pivotal role in womens' lives across the generations.

Proceeds from the sale of the WILS 2010 Pin-Up Calendars went towards the continuous running of WI Lite Stratford - ourselves a registered charity - with a pound for every calendar sold being donated to The Shakespeare Hospice, an enormously important local facility close to the heart of the Stratford upon Avon community.

The Shakespeare Hospice Summer Fete

WILS were delighted to be asked to run the Shakespeare Hospice's cake stall for the second year running. We received a lovely letter thanking us for our help and support and our cake stall made £313.42 which is fantastic. Overall £5000 was raised towards caring for the seriously ill and their families in our Community.
