WI Lite presents Inspired Entertaining

We’ve got together with some of the best chefs in our area to produce a unique charity cookbook designed to help you cook up a feast for friends and family.

The cookbook, priced at just £8.00 features a series of three course dinner party menus, which work beautifully together or the individual dishes can be mixed and matched. What they have in common is that they are tried and tested recipes from some of Stratford upon Avon’s finest chefs, giving you a rare opportunity to create specialist restaurant dishes at home.

Recipes include chicken liver and foiegras parfait, roast duck with sweet potatoes and balsamic cherries, seared fillet of sea bass with roasted scallops, chocolate fondant and summer berry, elderflower and champagne jelly. Delicious!
